Ingredients

– 60g black beans, rinsed and drained
– 20g avocado
– 30g salsa
– 1 Low Carb/High Fiber wrap
– 100g raw shrimp
– ¼ tsp Old Bay seasoning

Instructions

  1. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray and cook shrimp seasoned with Old Bay seasoning over medium-high heat on stovetop until cooked through.
  2. Remove from heat and assemble wrap with shrimp and all other ingredients. Enjoy the Wrap! It’s that easy! To make optional “Southwest Sauce” Just add a few tsp Old Bay seasoning to 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil Mayonnaise.
