– 970g (2.5 lbs) sirloin tip roast or any lean steak
– 340g white onion (1 large)
– 550g crushed tomatoes
– 290g (1 can) Rotel
– 1 packet of taco seasoning
– 630g sweet potato, peeled and diced

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir.
  2. Cook for 10 hours on low.
  3. Take beef out and shred.
  4. Put back in slow cooker to cool and soak up the flavor. Enjoy the Taco Stew!
