– 1 packet taco seasoning
– 1 tbsp garlic paste
– 1321g (3 lb) beef shoulder steak
– 50g brown sugar
– salt & pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cook on high for 5-6 hours.
- Break apart steak and let it soak up juices.
- Place 100g serving in low carb tortilla of choice and your favorite taco toppings. Enjoy!
