– 1500g chicken breast (about 3 pounds)
– 200g red/yellow/orange bell pepper, chopped
– 200g white onion, chopped
– ½ tbsp minced garlic cloves
– 1 tbsp ground cumin
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp pepper
– ½ tsp chili powder
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in crock pot.
- Cook on high for 5-6 hours.
