Ingredients

– 946g lean ground turkey (about 2 lbs)
– 10g honey
– 1 egg
– 115g breadcrumbs
– 122g canned pumpkin puree
– 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
– 1/2 tsp ground cloves
– 1/4 tsp cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp pepper
– 3/4 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Knead with hands until completely mixed.
  3. Place meatloaf into greased bread/loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Feel free to top with sugar-free ketchup and enjoy the Meatloaf!
