– 600g raw chicken breast, cut into small pieces
– 120g asparagus
– 100g red onion
– 150g broccoli
– 100g multi-colored peppers
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp Italian seasoning mix
– a dash of salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
Wash and chop all veggies and chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Line cookie sheet/baking dish with foil and spray with 0 calorie non-stick spray, then evenly place all veggies and chicken.
Sprinkle seasonings on top and bake for 15-20 minutes until done. Enjoy!
