Lightly spray nonstick cooking spray on baking sheet, then place brussels sprouts, chickpeas, and butternut squash on baking sheet.
Drizzle balsamic vinegar over brussels sprouts. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste over all items on baking sheet.
Bake for 25-35 minutes, until veggies are done roasting.
Arrange butternut squash, roasted chickpeas, brussels sprouts and grilled chicken in bowl. Feel free to drizzle with low fat honey mustard or any dressing of choice. Enjoy the Winter Power Bowl!
