– 2 12oz cans tuna, drained
– 78g red onion, finely chopped
– 200g sliced cucumber
– 60g olive oil
– 1/2 tbsp black pepper
– 150g fetta cheese
– 70g sliced black olives
– 1 tbsp parsley
– 30g fresh squeezed lemon juice
