SERVING SIZE: 1/2 quesadilla
– 86g shredded chicken
– 28g 2% Mexican cheese
– 30g Frank’s buffalo sauce
– 15g Bolthouse Farm’s ranch dressing
– 2 mission carb balance street taco tortillas
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a bowl, combine cheese, shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
- Place buffalo chicken mixture between the tortillas.
- Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and place quesadilla on top.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!
