– 60g egg whites
– 40g Italian breadcrumbs
– 3g Ms. Dash Italian Seasoning
– a dash of salt and pepper
– 30g parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
