– 560g lean ground turkey (about 1 1/4 pounds)
– 60g egg whites
– 40g Italian breadcrumbs
– 3g Ms. Dash Italian Seasoning
– a dash of salt and pepper
– 30g parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  3. Knead with your hands (like dough) for 3 minutes until thoroughly mixed, then roll into small balls (about 1” in diameter).
  4. Place onto a baking/cookie sheet coated with non-stick spray and bake for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy the Meatballs!
