Ingredients

– 4 Low Carb Wraps (I used La Tortilla Factory)
– 336g (12oz) grilled chicken
– 28g reduced fat Mexican blend cheese
– 30g Kraft olive oil mayonnaise
– 6g taco seasoning
– 120g sliced avocado
– shredded lettuce (do not need to measure)
– 80g salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl mix taco seasoning and mayonnaise to create taco sauce.
  3. Assemble tacos with even amounts of ingredients. Save avocado, sauce, and lettuce for later.
  4. Place tacos side by side in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Add avocado, lettuce, and sauce. Enjoy!
