Ingredients
– 250g lean ground turkey
– ¼ tsp garlic salt
– 2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
– 30g breadcrumbs
– 1 low-fat mozzarella stick (28g), cut into 6 pieces
– dash of pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients except for cheese in a large bowl and knead until thoroughly combined.
- Form into 6 meatballs (about 46g each).
- Place 1/6 of the cheese stick into each meatball.
- Place meatballs on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy the Turkey Meatballs!
