– 150g flounder fillets
– 8-10 drops fresh lemon juice
– ¼ tsp dried basil
– ¼ tsp dried oregano
– ¼ tsp dried parsley
– 10g gluten-free breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl, combine herbs and breadcrumbs.
  3. Place fillets on a baking sheet covered with foil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs/herb mixture over fillets and bake for about 10 minutes until fish is cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle lemon juice and lemon zest on top and enjoy the Flounder!
