Ingredients
– 1 low carb/high fiber wrap (I used Xtreme Wellness brand)
– 85g grilled chicken strips
– 60g salsa
– 14g low-fat Mexican blend cheese
– 15g chopped red onion
– 80g chopped multi-colored bell peppers
– salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook onions and peppers over medium-high heat on stovetop for two minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place tortilla on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray and spread salsa over tortilla.
- Assemble chicken, onions, peppers, and cheese on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy the Fajita Pizza! Feel free to garnish with fat-free sour cream and cilantro.
