– 85g grilled chicken strips
– 60g salsa
– 14g low-fat Mexican blend cheese
– 15g chopped red onion
– 80g chopped multi-colored bell peppers
– salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cook onions and peppers over medium-high heat on stovetop for two minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place tortilla on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray and spread salsa over tortilla.
  4. Assemble chicken, onions, peppers, and cheese on top.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy the Fajita Pizza! Feel free to garnish with fat-free sour cream and cilantro.
