In a food processor, combine all ingredients (except for meat) until pureed.
Place meat in a large bowl and pour spicy puree over meat.
Put on gloves to avoid burning from the spice (told you there’s a kick!) and knead into meat until thoroughly mixed.
Cook over stovetop on high heat for 25-30 minutes until meat is completely cooked. Stir well every few minutes. Serve over rice, on a salad, on a taco, in cheese dip… the possibilities are endless! Enjoy!
