SERVING SIZE: 1 pan sized person pizza
– 2,077g chicken (5-6 chicken breasts)
– 450g barbecue sauce (any brand)
BBQ Chicken Pizza:
– 150g barbecue chicken
– 10g chopped red onion
– 25g pineapple
– 1 high fiber wrap (I use Xtreme Wellness brand)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Saute onions over medium-high heat in a skillet sprayed with Pam until slightly browned.
- Place wrap on a sprayed baking sheet/cookie sheet and assemble pizza with onion, barbecue chicken, and pineapple.
- Bake for 10 minutes and enjoy the Protein Pizza!
