Ingredients

– 930g flank steak
– 4 bay leaves
– 10g minced garlic
– 85g chipotles in adobo sauce
– 1/2 tbsp oregano
– 1/4 tsp ground cloves
– 1/4 tbsp ground cumin
– 1/2 tsp Ms. Dash southwest chipotle seasoning
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp pepper
– 1/3 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 5-6 hours.
  2. With a fork, break up beef (it will fall apart) and stir. Take out bay leaves before serving.
  3. Feel free to make a Chipotle-style barbacoa bowl by adding rice, cheese, beans, veggies, etc. Enjoy!
