Ingredients
– 100g uncooked Soybean Noodles
– 65g vegan pasta sauce (I used Newman’s Own brand)
– ¼ tsp dried oregano
– 1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
– 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
– salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil with enough water to cover noodles. Simmer noodles for 5 minutes or until desired texture is reached.
- Drain noodles and rinse quickly with cold water.
- Pour sauce and spices into a saucepan over medium heat until the desired temperature is reached.
- Pour sauce/seasonings over noodles and enjoy the Spaghetti! For extra protein, feel free to add grilled tofu.
