– 70g pitted medjool dates
– 150g unsweetened applesauce
– 32g peanut butter
– 25g quick oats
– 100g vegan protein powder
– 50g almond flour
– 15g maple syrup
– 30g PB2
– 15g enjoy life vegan chocolate chips
- Combine dates and applesauce in food processor.
- Add all other ingredients except chocolate chips and combine in food processor until dough consistency is reached.
- Fold in chocolate chips and enjoy the Vegan Protein Cookie Dough! Refrigerate to store.
