– 227g nonfat Greek yogurt
– 35g chocolate whey
– 5g dark cocoa powder
– 2 large (15g) marshmallows broken into small pieces
– 1/4 Hershey’s chocolate bar
– 1 graham cracker, crumbled into small pieces
– Stevia to taste

*Note: When baking with protein powder, we recommend staying away from pure isolate powder because it can create a cardboard texture.   1. Mix stevia and greek yogurt together to make the “pudding” layers.
  2. In another bowl, combine cocoa powder, whey, stevia to taste, and water until brownie batter consistency is reached. Cook in the microwave for 1-1.5 minutes to make the chocolate cake.
  3. Crumble chocolate cake into small pieces.
  4. In a dessert glass or mason jar, layer the following ingredients: graham cracker crumbles, marshmallows, greek yogurt/stevia mixture, chocolate cake crumbles. Repeat layering and top with Hershey’s bar. Feel free to add low calorie whipped cream on top and enjoy!
