Ingredients

– 50g ripe mashed banana
– 10g Black cocoa powder
– 18g chocolate whey
– 7g light butter (Country Crock recommended)
– Stevia/Splenda to taste
– 1/4 tsp baking powder

*Note: When baking with protein powder, we recommend staying away from pure isolate powder because it can create a cardboard texture. Instructions

  1. Melt butter with mashed banana for a few seconds and stir together.
  2. Stir in all other ingredients and add water until a brownie batter consistency is reached.
  3. Pour into a greased single-serve ramekin or mug and microwave for 1-2 minutes until cooked but still slightly gooey. Microwave in 10-20 second increments so that the ramekin/mug does not overflow. Enjoy!
