– 60g vanilla whey
– 24g peanut powder (PB2)
– 40g all purpose flour
– 60g unsweetened applesauce
– 60g mini chocolate chips
– Stevia/Splenda to taste
– 45g unsweetened almond milk
– 40g melting chocolate chips

*Note: When baking with protein powder, we recommend staying away from pure isolate powder because it can create a cardboard texture. Instructions

  1. In mixing bowl combine whey, flour, applesauce, mini chocolate chips, sweetener to taste, and almond milk. Add almond milk tbsp by tbsp until cookie dough consistency is reached.
  2. Melt melting chocolate chips in small bowl in microwave; you may need more than 40g to melt in order to fully dip cookie dough, but will only use about 40g total for the recipe.
  3. Form cookie dough into 10 balls and dip into chocolate.
  4. Place onto parchment paper and refrigerate for an hour. Enjoy!
