– 1 package (226g) fat-free cream cheese
– 330g nonfat Greek yogurt
– 15g vanilla whey
– 70g light whipped topping
– 23g graham cracker crumbles
– 63g berries
– Stevia/Splenda to taste

Instructions

  1. Let cream cheese sit out for at least an hour before making this recipe, so that it is soft and easy to mix.
  2. Combine all ingredients except for graham cracker crumbs and blueberries in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Place parchment paper on cookie sheet and spread mixture on top with a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbles, berries and rainbow sprinkles on top (optional).
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours, break apart, and enjoy the Cheesecake Bark! To store, keep frozen.
