– 1 package (226g) fat-free cream cheese
– 330g nonfat Greek yogurt
– 15g vanilla whey
– 70g light whipped topping
– 23g graham cracker crumbles
– 63g berries
– Stevia/Splenda to taste
Instructions
- Let cream cheese sit out for at least an hour before making this recipe, so that it is soft and easy to mix.
- Combine all ingredients except for graham cracker crumbs and blueberries in a large mixing bowl.
- Place parchment paper on cookie sheet and spread mixture on top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbles, berries and rainbow sprinkles on top (optional).
- Freeze for at least 2 hours, break apart, and enjoy the Cheesecake Bark! To store, keep frozen.
