Ingredients
– 100g Jif Whips peanut butter
– 100g sukrin gold syrup
– 21g vanilla whey
– 35g wheat puffs cereal
– Stevia to taste
*Note: To make this recipe vegan, simply swap out whey protein for vegan protein powder.
Instructions
- Microwave peanut butter until melted completely.
- Add sukrin gold syrup, Stevia, and whey. Stir thoroughly.
- Slowly add in wheat puffs and mix until everything in the bowl is the same “rice crispy treat” consistency.
- Place on a sprayed, small cookie sheet and shape into a flat rectangle, like a big rice crispy treat.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour, cut into 8 pieces and enjoy the Rice Crispy Treats!
