Ingredients

– 100g Jif Whips peanut butter
– 100g sukrin gold syrup
– 21g vanilla whey
– 35g wheat puffs cereal
– Stevia to taste

*Note: To make this recipe vegan, simply swap out whey protein for vegan protein powder.

Instructions

  1. Microwave peanut butter until melted completely.
  2. Add sukrin gold syrup, Stevia, and whey. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Slowly add in wheat puffs and mix until everything in the bowl is the same “rice crispy treat” consistency.
  4. Place on a sprayed, small cookie sheet and shape into a flat rectangle, like a big rice crispy treat.
  5. Refrigerate for at least an hour, cut into 8 pieces and enjoy the Rice Crispy Treats!
