Ingredients

– 150g vanilla whey
– 90g Jif peanut butter powder (or PB2)
– 50g sukrin gold syrup
– 65g light butter (Country Crock recommended)
– 21g mini chocolate chips
– Stevia/Splenda to taste

*To make this recipe vegan, simply sub vegan protein powder. Use vegan chocolate chips instead of regular chocolate chips.

Instructions

  1. Combine vanilla whey and peanut butter powder in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in sukrin gold syrup little by little.
  3. Melt butter and pour over mixture.
  4. Add Stevia/Splenda, and water, just a TINY bit at a time.
  5. Continue stirring and adding water little by little until a dough consistency is reached.
  6. Place dough into a sprayed 9×9″ square pan and flatten.
  7. Press chocolate chips into the dough and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  8. Cut into squares and enjoy the protein bars!
