Ingredients

– 62g fat free cream cheese
– 15g black cocoa powder (from amazon)
– 15g fat free sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
– 50g vanilla whey
– 60g unsweetened applesauce
– 37g gluten free baking flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill brand)
– 40g oreo crumbles
– Stevia/Splenda to taste

*Note: When baking with protein powder, we recommend staying away from pure isolate powder because it can create a cardboard texture. Instructions

  1. Set cream cheese out for about an hour until it’s soft.
  2. Combine all ingredients except oreo crumbles in large mixing bowl. Mix until dough is formed (it will be somewhat sticky).
  3. Roll dough into 6 balls.
  4. Roll balls over oreo crumbles until covered.
  5. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours and enjoy! Refrigerate for freshness.
