– 1 low carb/high fiber/high protein wrap (I used Flatout Protein Up brand)
– 1 tsp of cinnamon
– 1 tsp Splenda/Stevia
– 140g low-calorie ice cream (I used Halo Top Vanilla Bean)
– 22g chopped Protein bar of choice (I used ¼ of a Fit Crunch Peanut Butter bar)
– 0 calorie Walden Farms chocolate syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly spray a little nonfat cooking spray on each side of wrap and sprinkle cinnamon and Stevia/Splenda evenly on each side.
Place on parchment paper covered cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Break apart the sweet and crispy wrap into chips and place on a plate.
Top with low-calorie ice cream, protein bar pieces, 0 cal Walden Farms chocolate syrup, and any other fun and creative toppings of choice! Enjoy the Nachos!
