Ingredients

– 1 low carb/high fiber/high protein wrap (I used Flatout Protein Up brand)
– 1 tsp of cinnamon
– 1 tsp Splenda/Stevia
– 140g low-calorie ice cream (I used Halo Top Vanilla Bean)
– 22g chopped Protein bar of choice (I used ¼ of a Fit Crunch Peanut Butter bar)
– 0 calorie Walden Farms chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Lightly spray a little nonfat cooking spray on each side of wrap and sprinkle cinnamon and Stevia/Splenda evenly on each side.
  3. Place on parchment paper covered cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Break apart the sweet and crispy wrap into chips and place on a plate.
  5. Top with low-calorie ice cream, protein bar pieces, 0 cal Walden Farms chocolate syrup, and any other fun and creative toppings of choice! Enjoy the Nachos!
