– 215g nonfat cottage cheese
– 50g blueberries
– 50g blackberries
– 15g vanilla whey
– a dash of vanilla extract
– Stevia or Splenda to taste
Instructions
Place cottage cheese, sweetener, whey, and vanilla extract in a blender.
Blend until completely smooth and creamy–no clumps allowed!
Pour into a glass and layer vanilla cream with fruit to make a cute and delicious parfait! If your macros allow, feel free to sprinkle granola on top for an extra sweet crunch. Enjoy the Parfait!
