– 59g fat free sugar free chocolate pudding mix (2.1 oz package)
– 50g chocolate whey
– 720g skim milk
– 5g cocoa powder
– 60g fat free ReddiWhip

*Note: When baking with protein powder, we recommend staying away from pure isolate powder because it can create a cardboard texture. Instructions

  1. Pour milk into large bowl and whisk in pudding mix. Continue to whisk for about 5 minutes. Set in refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Next, stir in whey and cocoa powder until smooth.
  3. Using 12 small cups or mini mason jars, layer the pudding and fat free ReddiWhip as pictured.
