– 85g light butter (Country Crock brand is recommended)
– 75g vanilla whey
– 7g fat free sugar free vanilla pudding mix
– 100g all purpose flour
– 100g unsweetened applesauce
– 1/2 tsp baking powder
– 50g liquid egg whites
– Stevia/Splenda to taste (I used about 1-2 tbsp)
– 150g canned apple pie filling
– 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
– 15g caramel sauce
*Note: When baking with protein powder, we recommend staying away from pure isolate powder because it can create a cardboard texture.
