Ingredients

– 52g light butter
– 65g chocolate whey
– 5g cocoa powder
– 30g egg whites
– 2 Reeses cups, chopped in small pieces
– 50g mashed banana
– 50g vanilla whey
– Stevia/Splenda to taste
– 10g PB2 or Jif peanut butter powder
– 1/2 tsp baking powder

*Note: When baking with protein powder, we recommend staying away from pure isolate powder because it can create a cardboard texture. Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Melt half of light butter in one mixing bowl (for brownie batter). Melt other half of light butter in a separate mixing bowl (for cookie dough).
  3. In brownie batter mixing bowl, add chocolate whey, cocoa powder, egg whites, Stevia/Splenda to taste, 1/4 tsp baking powder, and water to brownie batter consistency. Mix well.
  4. In cookie dough mixing bowl, add mashed banana, vanilla whey, pb2, Stevia/Splenda to taste, and 1/4 tsp baking powder. Mix well.
  5. Spray mini muffin pan with cooking spray and fill half-way with brownie batter. Fill the top half with cookie dough.
  6. Place chopped Reeses on top of cookie dough and bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
