– 226g nonfat Greek yogurt
– 226g nonfat cottage cheese
– 16g sugar-free fat-free banana pudding mix
– 28g vanilla whey
– 50g banana thinly sliced
– 48g light whipped topping
– Stevia/Splenda to taste
– 2 reduced fat vanilla wafers
Instructions
- In a food processor or ninja/magic bullet style blender, blend cottage cheese and greek yogurt together until completely smooth.
- Pour into bowl, add banana pudding mix, vanilla whey, and stevia/splenda to taste. Mix well and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Top with light whipped topping, banana slices, and vanilla wafer crumbles. Enjoy!
