Ingredients
– 100g greek cream cheese or nonfat cream cheese
– 87g frosted animal crackers, crushed
– 50g vanilla whey
– Stevia/Splenda to taste
Instructions
- Let cream cheese sit out and soften for about 30 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl until cookie dough consistency is reached.
- Roll dough onto parchment paper and shape into a square shape.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour, then slice into 16 pieces (making 3 slices through dough in each direction). Enjoy!
