Ingredients

– 1 high fiber low carb wrap (I used Xtreme Wellness brand)
– 30g chopped red bell pepper
– 14g low-fat cheddar cheese
– 60g steamed broccoli
– 30g salsa
– a dash of garlic salt and cumin
– 210g egg whites

Instructions

  1. Spray a pan with nonstick cooking spray and cook vegetables over stovetop over medium-high heat.
  2. When vegetables are cooked, add egg whites, garlic salt, and cumin.
  3. Assemble cooked egg whites/veggie mixture into the burrito and add cheese quickly, so that it melts.
  4. Add salsa and roll into a burrito! Enjoy!
