– 1 egg
– 11g whipped cream cheese
– 60g fresh deli turkey, thinly sliced
– 80g egg whites
– salt and pepper to taste
– 6-7 leaves of spinach
- In a bowl, whisk egg, egg whites, salt, and pepper until thoroughly mixed.
- Cook on the stovetop (sprayed with non-stick spray) over medium heat; do not stir. Cook it like a pancake and flip when the first side has finished cooking.
- Place egg on a plate and assemble wrap with spinach, turkey, and cream cheese. Enjoy!
