Ingredients

– 80g oats
– 300g nonfat greek yogurt
– 16g sugar free fat free cheesecake pudding mix
– 1/2 tbsp almond extract
– 30g vanilla whey
– Stevia/Splenda to taste
– 118g water (or more to desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in bowl and mix well, then add water to desired consistency (I used about 1/2 cup).
  2. Transfer overnight oats into mason jar, cover, then refrigerate overnight.
  3. It’s that simple! Enjoy!
