– 28g vanilla whey
– 40g quick oats
– 1 cup water
– 100g ripe mashed banana
– 10g chopped walnuts
– 4g brown sugar
*Note: To make this recipe vegan, simply sub vegan protein powder for whey protein powder.
- Bring water to a boil over stovetop.
- Add quick oats and stir for a few minutes until done. Remove from heat.
- Add banana and whey. Stir until thoroughly mixed. You may need to add a little more water to reach desired consistency.
- Transfer to bowl, then sprinkle brown sugar and walnuts on top. Enjoy!
