– 1 english muffin
– 1 slice Canadian bacon
– 180g egg whites
– 1 laughing cow cheese wedge (any flavor)
– salt and pepper to taste

1. Slice English muffin in half and toast each half with Canadian bacon and cheese on the halves.
2. At the same time, cook egg whites over medium heat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Fold egg whites and place between English muffin halves with cheese and Canadian bacon. Enjoy the Egg White Delight!
