– 240g coconut milk (any kind of milk will be fine)
– 130g banana
– 55g blueberries
– 56g vanilla whey
– 15g honey
– Water/ice to desired consistency
*Note: to make this recipe vegan, simply sub vegan protein powder.
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender. Add water/ice until desired consistency is reached. I personally use about 1.5 cups of ice and just a splash of water, for a thicker consistency.
