Ingredients

– 130g egg whites
– 1 low carb wrap (I used La Tortilla Factory brand)
– 28g low-fat Mexican cheese blend
– 2 pieces Canadian bacon, cut into small pieces
– 30g sliced avocado
– garlic salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Scramble egg whites with Canadian bacon on the stovetop over medium heat. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place cooked egg whites/Canadian bacon into a wrap, sprinkle cheese and sliced avocado on top and fold over once.
  3. Cut into 3 pieces and enjoy the Quesadilla! Feel free to add salsa on the side.
