– 130g egg whites
– 1 low carb wrap (I used La Tortilla Factory brand)
– 28g low-fat Mexican cheese blend
– 2 pieces Canadian bacon, cut into small pieces
– 30g sliced avocado
– garlic salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Scramble egg whites with Canadian bacon on the stovetop over medium heat. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
Place cooked egg whites/Canadian bacon into a wrap, sprinkle cheese and sliced avocado on top and fold over once.
Cut into 3 pieces and enjoy the Quesadilla! Feel free to add salsa on the side.
