Ingredients

– 10g BCAA of choice
– 50g berries of choice (I used blackberries)
– 2 cups ice
– water to consistency

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients.
  2. Add water and/or ice and continue to blend until sorbet consistency is reached. The added fruit will make it less like a slushie and into a sorbet consistency! It’s quite magical. Enjoy the Sorbet!
