– 280g chickpeas, rinsed and drained (16 oz can)
– 30g Tahini (aka sesame butter, find it in the Asian section)
– ½ tsp minced garlic or 2 cloves fresh, finely chopped
– 55g fresh squeezed lemon juice (1 lemon)
– ½ tsp onion powder
– a dash of salt
– 2g fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor.
