– 14g coconut oil
– 35g sukrin gold syrup
– 70g cashew butter
– 45g vanilla whey
– 25g unsweetened coconut flakes
– Stevia/Splenda to taste

*To make this recipe vegan, simply sub vegan protein powder for whey protein powder.

Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil, cashew butter, and sukrin gold syrup in microwave, but be sure to stir every 10 seconds.
  2. Add vanilla whey, Stevia/Splenda to taste, and coconut flakes.
  3. If necessary, add a little water (just a few drops) until a dough consistency is reached.
  4. Form dough into 7 cookies and refrigerate for at least an hour. Enjoy the Energy Bites!
