– 100g almond butter
– 55g vanilla whey
– 30g unsweetened applesauce
– 6 pitted dates
– 5g unsweetened coconut flakes
– Stevia/Splenda to taste
– 28g red and green M&Ms
- Place all ingredients except for coconut and M&Ms into food processor.
- Process ingredients for a few minutes until completely mixed and ground into crumbly dough consistency.
- Form dough into seven balls and roll in M&M’s and coconut flakes.
- Refrigerate for freshness. Enjoy!
