– 56g Devotion Nutrition Buttery Blend whey (or unflavored/”multipurpose” whey)

– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 30g coconut flour
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
– 100g pizza sauce
– 7 pieces turkey pepperoni
– 20g mozzarella
*Note: When baking with protein powder, we recommend staying away from pure isolate powder as that does not bake well (turns recipes to a cardboard texture). Whey/Casein blends usually work best for baking — our favorite is Devotion Nutrition brand. Their buttery blend is perfect for savory recipes like this one.
