Ingredients

– 2 beaten eggs
– 432g drained tuna (4 5oz cans)
– 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
– 20g fresh lemon juice
– 1 tsp pepper
– 75g bread crumbs
– Sriracha to taste (I used about 1/2 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. With your hands, form into 11 56g patties.
  3. Heat up sprayed pan over stovetop to medium-high heat.
  4. Cook each side for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Enjoy!
