Ingredients

– 450g chicken or turkey sausage
– 540g 96% lean beef
– 2 28 oz cans diced tomato
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
– 600g water
– 160g canned coconut milk (full fat)

Instructions

  1. Cook beef and chicken sausage over stovetop on medium heat and break apart while cooking.
  2. Place cooked meat into large pot and pour in all other ingredients except for coconut milk.
  3. Simmer for 20 minutes, then stir in coconut milk.
  4. Simmer for 5 more minutes then serve. Enjoy!
