– 450g chicken or turkey sausage
– 540g 96% lean beef
– 2 28 oz cans diced tomato
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
– 600g water
– 160g canned coconut milk (full fat)
- Cook beef and chicken sausage over stovetop on medium heat and break apart while cooking.
- Place cooked meat into large pot and pour in all other ingredients except for coconut milk.
- Simmer for 20 minutes, then stir in coconut milk.
- Simmer for 5 more minutes then serve. Enjoy!
