Ingredients

– 840g chicken breast
– 350g buttermilk
– 100g panko bread crumbs
– ½ tsp cayenne pepper
– 2 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp garlic salt
– 1 tsp onion powder

*Note: You will need an air-fryer for this recipe

Instructions

  1. Soak chicken in buttermilk for 2 hours.
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs and spices.
  3. Place each chicken breast into breadcrumb/spice bowl and fully coat. You won’t use all of the mixture; only the amount used is accounted for in the macros.
  4. Place coated chicken into preheated air fryer and cook according to directions on air fryer, until cooked through (each air fryer may vary in cooking directions).
  5. Serve warm and enjoy the “fried” chicken! Feel free to serve with extra hot sauce.
