Ingredients
– 814g raw chicken breast
– 25g cashews
– 1 tbsp ginger paste
– 1 1/2 tbsp garlic paste
– 33g tomato paste
– 1 1/2 tsp turmeric
– 1/2 tsp coriander
– 1/2 tbsp paprika
– 1 tbsp garam masala (spice)
– 1/2 tsp cardamom
– dash of cinnamon
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp pepper
– 224g whole greek yogurt
– 126g white onion, chopped
– 120g chicken bone broth
– 75g heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- In a food processor, process cashews, tomato paste, ginger paste, spices and bone broth until thoroughly combined.
- Add in greek yogurt and mix well.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and cook chopped onions on medium/low for 2-3 minutes with garlic paste.
- Add chicken to pan and cook for a few minutes.
- Add food processor contents and heavy whipping cream into pan and stir well.
- Cook over medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
- Feel free to add chopped cilantro for garnish. Enjoy the Chicken Korma!
