Ingredients
– 360g raw jumbo shrimp, rinsed and peeled
– 28g gluten-free flour
– 60g Thai sweet chili sauce (any brand)
– 40g Kraft olive oil mayonnaise
Instructions
- Place flour in a bowl and gently press shrimp into flour, coating all surface area.
- Cook shrimp on both sides over medium heat in a pan sprayed with nonstick spray for 3-5 minutes, until center is no longer transparent.
- In another bowl, combine mayo and chili sauce until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour shrimp into a serving dish, then pour sauce over shrimp and gently stir until shrimp is covered with sauce. Enjoy the Shrimp!
